Educational SeminarsAPRN conducts seminars and programs throughout the nation. We are proud of the fact that we have developed the personnel, the expertise, and the resources to conduct these professional programs on such a large scale and to share new knowledge. Every time we take a seminar on the road, we gain even more knowledge through the ingenuity and innovativeness of professionals attending our programs. This interfacing of thought provides one major benefit...the ability of all of us to better care for the patients we serve. We at APRN are dedicated to that end and committed to providing the knowledge to achieve that on a much larger scale. It is part of our commitment to excellence. |
APRN's Practical Programs for Applied Biomechanics (PPAB) are designed to enhance professional knowledge, abilities and skills through educational programs incorporating demonstration and practical application of biomechanics. The goal of PPAB is to improve the role of the practitioner in physical therapy. We provide the professional with variety and depth and with new skills and techniques designed to improve the patient care experience.
Our PPAB courses, "When the Feet Hit the Ground...Everything Changes" Level I, "Take the Next Step" Level II, and "The First Link in the Chain: The Pelvic Girdle", have been attended by more than 20,000 professionals since our inception in 1984. The success of our program is based on research directed towards finding improved ways to treat patients and to share this knowledge with other healthcare professionals. Specifically, our goal is to improve our patient care skills and accelerate comfort, mobility and healing. Ultimately, our goal is to expand and enhance the stature of the physical therapy profession.
