Sleeping room rate: $119/night Single or Double
The course is being held at the Embassy Suites Hotel Chicago –Lombard/Oak Brook. To make a sleeping room reservation call the hotel at 1-630-969-7500 and ask for a room under the block held by AMERICAN PHYSICAL REHABILITATION NETWORK to receive $119 rate. Reservations should be made no later than March 2, 2012. There are a limited number of sleeping rooms being held at this rate and the hotel will release the block of rooms after this date and room rate will be based on availability.

MEALS ARE ON YOUR OWN. BEVERAGES ONLY SERVED THROUGHOUT THE COURSE AND A SIMPLE COMPLIMENTARY CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST EACH MORNING.
PLEASE DRESS APPROPRIATELY. We are not responsible for the temperature of the meeting room and suggest that you wear layered clothing, as the temperature tends to vary with the amount of activity. Wear comfortable clothes for lab on day 1. Please bring shorts to change into for lab on day 2. Comfortable clothes again for Sunday.
