Owner of Alexanders Bayou Physical Therapy Contract Services. Tony is a past faculty instructor in the physical therapy program at Louisiana State University of Shreveport. Tony has lectured nationally and internationally since 1987 on the biomechanics of the lower extremity and orthosis therapy.

Scott received a B.S. in Health, Physical Education, and Recreation, with a teaching certification from Lock Haven University in Lock Haven, PA. He went on to earn his B.S./M.S. in Physical Therapy from D'Youville College in Buffalo, NY. He is a partner in Spineworks, a multidisciplinary facility specializing in advanced orthopaedic conditions, in Norfolk, VA. His primary areas of treatment are chronic back and neck pain, shoulder injuries, headaches, and peripheral pain. He is an adjunct faculty member at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.
Sheree is an Honors Graduate of the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN, with over 20 years of experience in the Orthopedic/Sports Medicine field. She is presently practicing with the Duluth Clinic Fitness and Therapy Center as a Sports Physical Therapist. She is active in biomechanical lower extremity consultation and gait evaluation, and specializes in the treatment of ballet, gymnastics, figure skating, and has worked with the US Ski Team - Alpine Division. Sheree is also a competitive inline racer and snowboarder.
Paul received his Bachelor’s Degree in Science Exercise Physiology from the University of California at Davis in 1991 and his Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound, Tacoma, WA in December of 1994. Paul enjoys the intricacies of foot and ankle biomechanics and how small changes can have dramatic influences. He has honed his skills while lab assisting for “When the Feet Hit the Ground…Everything Changes” team for the past several years. He has spoken locally and nationally on evidence based evaluation and treatment for running related injuries. He practices what he teaches as owner and practicing PT at 3Dimensional PT & Sports Conditioning in Tacoma, WA.

Graduate of the University of Delaware with Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Athletic Training, Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, Glenside, PA, and Manual Therapy certification from University of St. Augustine, FL. Keith has been in involved in sports medicine since 1982, and incorporates a variety of traditional and alternative approaches to healthcare. He is currently specializing in orthopedics, shoulder, and lower extremity dysfunction as Assistant Clinic Director at Physiotherapy Associates in Longmont, Colorado.

Suzie has her Master of Arts Degree in Education from Ball State University, Muncie, Indiana, and Bachelor of Science degrees in Physical Therapy and Athletic Training from West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia. Presently, she is owner of San Juan Physical Therapy, Friday Harbor, WA. Suzie has worked in sports medicine for over 20 years.

David Nolan, PT, DPT, MS, OCS, CSCS is an honors graduate of Northeastern University, Boston, Massachusetts. He received his Advanced Master’s degree with an Orthopedic Specialization and his post-professional Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions. Dr. Nolan is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He is an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at Northeastern University, and is a Clinical Specialist at the Massachusetts General Hospital Sports Physical Therapy Service in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Nolan specializes in sports medicine rehabilitation, manual therapy and biomechanical examination of the lower extremity.

Partner and Director of Newsome & Smith Rehabilitation Center in Shorewood, Illinois. Stan is a 1981 graduate of Northwestern University. His clinical specialties include biomechanical evaluation and fabrication of foot orthoses. He has developed and patented an exercise platform used in conjunction with the Total Gym and BAPS. In addition, Stan consults to several orthopedic facilities in the Chicago area.
Patrick received his degree in physical therapy from Boston University in 1988 and his master's in business administration from the University of St Thomas in 2001. He is a board certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy and has presented more than 200 lectures across the country on lower extremity biomechanics, therapeutic modalities and foot/ankle dysfunction. He has been the principal investigator in multiple clinical studies and is currently Director of Clinics at the Sister Kenny Rehabilitation Institute in Minneapolis, MN.

David is a graduate of the Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA, receiving his Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1999. In 2003 he was recognized by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as an Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist. He currently serves as adjunct faculty for the Doctorate program in physical therapy at ODU and lectures regularly in the community on identification and prevention of running injuries. He works at Atlantic Physical Therapy in Virginia Beach where his special areas of interest include treatment of pelvis, hip and foot injuries, and fabrication of custom orthoses.
